A Court of Thorns and Roses
by Sarah J. Maas
*4.5/5
Wow wow wow. I am officially a Sarah J Maas convert. Since this is now the second book of hers that I have read, I can officially say that I adore her writing and her perfect storylines.
I have heard so much hype surrounding this series. My cousin read the series over the Holidays and told me it was something I definitely had to read. Once she finished, she lent me the books and I have to say, I'm already glad she did.
This first book hooked me. I can't wait to continue reading this series. I loved each one of the characters in this book. Feyre was a strong and wild main character, flaws and all. I really enjoyed reading how her character arc evolved throughout this story. So much so that I can't wait to see where it picks up in the next book. Lucien, Tamlin and Rhysand were all favourites as well. I just enjoyed how unique each one of them were and how their individual relationships with Feyre were each so different and engaging.
Now that I've written down some of my thoughts ... I'm going to go and pick up the next book! My full review and more thoughts will be posted on the blog soon!! https://goo.gl/Cd9QPu
