In a way, it's hard to really judge a cookbook before you get it splattered with flour and butter and other ingredients. However, this book is also filled with lots of tidbits of information, making it an excellent nightstand book before hitting the kitchen. There are lots of things I'm looking forward to trying!
If you enjoy the show, this is a must-own. We've only had the show on our station for about a year, but I try to catch it whenever I can. Lots of fun for the foodie and the home cook!
