Upon rereading this, I remembered that the vast amount of my enjoyment of this book came from the last 100 or so pages…
There is SO MUCH world building and meandering plot in the first 75% of this book, and I do not know if I would’ve had the patience to toil through it if I did not know how it ends.
Very excited to move on to the next book and hopefully avoid all the slow paced buildup that was this first book.
