I am going to pick up a copy for myself and avidly await the rest of the series. Thanks to Netgalley, Mamenosuke Fujimaru, and Kodansha Comics, I was able to read this manga as an ARC.

I adored this! We're following a woman who has been 'tainted' by a demon and marked as an outcast. She's shunned in every way and forced to wear a monkey mask, but she retained her heightened spiritual energy. When the leader of a superior clan shows up, seeking a bride, he chooses to wed this tainted and abused woman. I don't want to say anything more than that because it's just a first volume of a manga, but I truly adored this. I would recommend this manga for fans of morally gray love interests and demons.
