This book started as a great college sports romance, and I absolutely loved how much Milly loves baseball. I’m always happy when I get to read a book with a woman who loves sports. Carson and her are the cutest together! And then at around 2/3 of the book it just broke me. It started tugging on my heart strings, for very personal reasons, and I was a blubbering mess for the rest of it. I had a proper ‘hug my book’ moment when I finished reading, I loved it!
