This used to be one of my favorite series but somehow I didn't like this one as much as the other installment.
There're all the elements for a good cozy: quirky characters, lovely pets, a romance, and a fabolous setting (New Orleans).
The plot is fine but I had some issue with Lucy that I found more insecure and less assertive than in the other books.
The mystery was solid and I liked the twists and turns. What I found a bit tiresome was the sort of Lucy death wish as she's able to find herself in danger even when everything is shouting "TRAP, DANGER".
I recommended this book because it was an entertaining and engaging read even with the issues.
