Final Thoughts
This was a tough read for me, it took me two months. A lot of the information in this book isn't news to me. This happened in my home province, and a friend of my husband lost people in horrible massacre. The pandemic was in its early months and we were all shocked to learn a shooter was on the loose and even more shocked to learn he had a fake RCMP car, which is a big reason for my fear of being pulled over by RCMP even today. Paula Palango is a retired editor and investigative reporter for the Globe and Mail. The research he put into this is so much more than just what happened in April 2020 but a more ind depth look at the RCMP and their shortcomings that a lot of people don't want to admit.
