Sense and Sensibility
by Jane Austen
I love this book even more than the first time around. Jane Austen's writing is both beautiful and quirky. Some of the random details she includes (via her characters) have me chuckling. She can write the most heartbreaking scenes and also the most ludicrous or banal characters. I love how many misunderstandings there were and the way that JA wove the story together. Most of the characters seemed over the top, with Eleanor as a level headed constant among them all. I love the ending and all the characters (even the ones I despise). Highly recommend this classic!
