This is my kind of romance! Take a badass woman with goals, a hot rival in her field, and pop them on a ship where they have to constantly interact? That’s a recipe for romantic gold. But on top of that, the book also discusses important topics like gaslighting, impostor syndrome, and conservation. I loved Henley as a character and how she grew throughout the book. The romance scenes were steamy, but still tame enough to keep me interested. I’d love to see a follow-up book about Walsh!
