It was good, I can’t fault the writing at all, Holly Black’s work is fantastic. Yet I didn’t really like the actual story all that much to be honest. It was an okay trilogy, some things I really liked (even loved) some things I just didn’t really care about. A lot of mid.

I still don’t like Cardan or that whole ship with Jude...I never liked him and I think that may be why I just found this book a little boring, lots of Cardan...
