This book is a difficult read. However, I think it is very important. At first, I wasn’t into the main character because she seemed to have made some questionable choices regarding her relationship with her ex Charlie, but you later get to understand the different aspects of her mental health and really gain a ton of empathy for her character and her situation. This book deals with really difficult issues in a way that was accessible and helpful.
