Justice League of America, Vol. 4: Sanctuary by Dwayne McDuffie, Alan Burnett
2.0

This was dull...

So the Justice League are holding some type of Sanctuary for villains. To keep them safe from other, worse villains. On top of that Amanda Waller crazy ass is coming after the Justice League. Also the volume contains some short stories giving other members like Vex, and Red Arrow, some freedom to grow and same with Wally West as Flash. All together it creates a jumble mess of a collection.

Good: The Flash chapter was pretty fun. Kind of giving a deep look into the trouble Wally after his return. I also enjoyed the Vex stuff as she's coming to terms of who she is. Also Batman, superman, and wonder woman shooting the shit was fun.

Bad: The art is wobbly and sometimes pretty bad. I love Ethan's work with the flash but the rest was meh. Also the story is jumbled, and it feels boring to be honest, and not well constructed like previous volumes.

Overall this isn't awful but something not all that memorable. Except like last volume it's not even coherent at times. So a 2 out of 5.
