Only reason this isn't 4 stars is I had to skim through a few pages. Nastee takes her time with it all. I'm not mad at her. She has built a complex world with complex interchanging timelines. There is a lot going on and I appreciate her mapping it out. I just don't have the same interest in some people and rushed their backgrounds. I may regret that later if and when a scene in the next book comes out and I'm like wait what did I miss? Yeah if that happens, it's on me.

Anyways we got our spice!!! Boy did we get it, we got it from all sides. 2 out of 3 brothers plus a villain gets theirs and I was here for it. Totally worth the wait.

While Syncere's hot and cold bullshit was annoying, it's no different than other famous vampires we've seen.

The reveals were revealing! Vampires, Werewolves, Witches, and Fae OH MY!!!! I'm here for it. I love a good supernatural war. It felt like the final season of Angel where everyone was gearing up.

I love a bad guy turned good, backstabbing, betrayal, dark secrets, and drama. This does end in a cliffhanger but nothing that will have you mad or losing sleep over. I can't wait for book three!
