Easy ww2 mystery with an interesting setting of Churchill’s war bunker. The murder and information leak made for good whodunit flow, but much of it just felt unbelievable to me and there wasn’t much character development. It felt really far fetched for Evie to just be given the reins so often - and for her to constantly figure things out before anyone else, even a trained professional. And I felt like Poole’s character was only half there and very surfacey even tho he was integral to the story. Overall I did like it and it was an easy read, just not my favorite.
