Iljeoma Oluo's book So You Want to Talk About Race is a must read, it is an indepth look into racism within society and what we can do about it, it did not not feel like a lecture but instead felt like a conversation. Hard facts combined with suggestions on how to reduce/eliminate racism in a totally approachable way.
