I'm a sucker for any single dad romance; something about it just cannot be matched. Well, given the fact that this is literally titled The Single Dad, I just had to read it. It hit all the right notes! A rich, hot single father? Check. A nanny who he falls for? Check. A super adorable little girl who has everyone wrapped around her finger? Check. A plot full of romance, drama and humor and oh yes, smut? Big fat check. At times, this could seem really cheesy and the last part of the book felt very soap opera like to me, but overall this was a really good read that hit the spot and definitely made me laugh, smile, swoon and blush. If you need a low maintenance palate cleanser, then this is the book for you.
