After this book, I am not a fan of SGJ. His writing is all over the place and my head hurts after reading this book. Too complicated. It’s like there’s a direction the book is going, but you gotta weed through jumbled thoughts to get there. By doing that, I got lost in what was happening and had to keep back pedaling. It took me way too long to read this short book. Instead of DNF, I decided to skim it at 54%. From what I can tell, I didn't miss much. Some plot, but not really after a certain point. Some parts were funny and entertaining. Definitely sadistic mind and unreliable narrator. I get that is the point, it's like a psychopath writing the book so good in that artistic element.  It is just not for me.  And that shop vac got some work.
