Arctic Heat

Opposites that fit together
Owen survived cancer and is in the process of ticking off his bucket list. One item is to volunteer with a park ranger in Alaska. He is a very talkative, outgoing , optimistic take charge type of person and is open about his sexual orientation.
Quill has been a park ranger for 20 years and is a very stoic, reserved man who enjoys his privacy, consistency and stability. Due to the fear of censure and gossip, he is in the closet.
He has always separated his work life and his personal life, but the more time he and Owen are together, the more Owen wiggles past Quill’s resolve.
They get together, stipulating that it’s for the duration of the winter season only.
It is a very descriptive book, with complex characters that work hard to overcome obstacles to get their HEA.
