This is my second time reading this, and I just love Mariko Tamaki's work. Her art style works so well with the story. It's a great slice-of-life kind of story that would definitely make for a great summer read. I appreciate the way that this explores topics of adulthood, but in a way that works so well for the audience it's targeting. It'll make for fun discussion at book club next week!
