This one started off so well, but towards the middle and end I felt like it was just cycling too quickly through all of the narrator’s relationships. A little too much telling instead of showing (I think I got that the right way round, it always confuses me!)

I did appreciate the bisexual rep and also the exploration of a fraught mother-daughter relationship, but overall I wanted a bit more depth from this.
