evmb_c 's review for:
The 19th Christmas
by Maxine Paetro, James Patterson
I think this is the first James Patterson book I’ve actually read, even tho I have a few on the shelf.
pros: -great writing. Super easy to follow along with
-loveable characters
-a plot line that keeps you guessing with each twist and turn
-short chapters with a fantastic pace meaning I ras for in 2 days
- not super gorrie so suited for younger readers starting off in the crime genre
Cons: - personally felt it was a bit basic. I like a bit more mystery to my crimes
-certain bits of the plot I just didn’t feel fit in with the story at all
In general would recommend as an easy crime book to read, and definitely will be reading more of this author
