Interesting to reread after quite a few decades.

As a reference to what the creators of the Foundation TV show started from it's pretty fascinating.

Compared to what I expect from modern speculative fiction it falls short consistently.

I enjoyed this, but I'm filing it under "I read this so you don't have to."
