If you are looking for a YA Western, this is one I would recommend. It feels just like a Western with all the action packed scenes. For me, this was a decent read but it didn't blow me away. However, I did enjoy the characters, the action and what followed to wrap up the novel. I did feel for the characters when certain things happened to them specifically Kate and Jesse. They had been through hell.

Just want to mention that PLOT TWIST. I DIDN'T SEE IT COMING OMGOMGOMG!! I LOVE PLOT TWISTS!!
