This is a marvellous, take-no-criticism book for me, far and away the best of the Hunger Games series. Haymitch always struck me as the most interesting character in the original trilogy, and this cemented it for me, explaining ow he became the bitter cynical alcoholic that he did. I loved the Easter eggs of recognised characters, and the building on the world that we already knew. Wonderful.
