Fury of a Phoenix by Shannon Mayer started out intense and kept going. I couldn’t put this book (or the rest of the series) down. I found all the characters to be intriguing. I had to know what Phoenix would do next after each situation she found herself in. While this book ended with some questions / situations unanswered it worked well with the way this series was written. I absolutely loved Phoenix’s supernatural world!
