This book makes selling not so grimy. It shows us that we're all in the art of persuading others, selling others to our ways of view - even if it's not a product we're promoting. Daniel Pink's style is casual and almost effortless. He took me into situations seamlessly, and provided context and references to back up his claims. I think about selling differently now.

And the whole idea that sales people need to provide something other than information now is spot on. I think Pink is right on the money with this book - and I took it to my VP of sales immediately. One for the whole team.
