I cannot resist a story about teenage girls in cults. I can’t remember if I knew explicitly that it featured a cult when I first started reading it, but I was pleasantly surprised along the way. This book certainly deserves at least as much hype as The Girls. There are some very good tension building details sprinkled throughout, and one very good moment at the end that leaves you wondering, “Wait...was it...?”
