It was thought provoking and deeply moving. Definitely a book I needed to sit with for some time before starting another. The story is of grief, hope, secrets and healing. While each character undergoes their own process of grief I imagined what I would do in certain situations and honestly I don’t know. My heart feels heavy yet full of hope and some sadness after reading. There is religious context and spirituality (Christianity) incorporated within the story.
