Find Me Worthy
by Annabeth Albert
There’s a lot of feels in this final book as Worthy returns to Safe Harbor after 20 years away. His is not a triumphant return, it’s a return filled with trauma. It would be a spoiler to go into the reasons for his trauma but suffice to say they lead to mental illness and therefore the journey of recovery Worthy is now on. Sam is a part of Worthy’s childhood and he is the person that takes Worthy into his home. With Sam as his champion Worthy slowly but surely comes to accept who his is now and forgive himself for his perceived sins. From friends to roommates to lovers their path has a few bumps along the way before they achieve the most heartwarming of HEA’s. This book certainly gave me some feels ranging from heart sore to smiling so wide for these two wonderful characters. There’s some angst, steamy scenes (involving praise and bossiness) mixed with some sweet and tender moments and the joys of a life long dream fulfilled. I loved this final book in the Safe Harbor series but it is best to read the series in order due to the ongoing mystery.
