I have always been interested in Nietzsche’s philosophy, but I found it difficult to understand his writing from the two books of his that I tried to read. This book offers a good introduction to Nietzsche, though it wasn’t as insightful as I hoped. It offers more of how his ideas can be used for self-improvement, rather than a more general introduction as I had hoped for.
It’s a good place to start if you want to understand Nietzsche’s key philosophy ideas from the point of view of self-help rather than philosophy.
