i think this was the worst book i’ve ever read.

never thought i’d read a book that has a chapter on orgies thanks for that Namjoon.
the conclusions were very dated, sexist, and racist and all around the book was sorta a load of bullshit. it essentially blames all personality problems on mother’s and describes how mothers need to not be anxious or stressed or overbearing or distant, it goes on and on.
the only interesting chapter was when it discussed religious relationships such as a follower to a god and maternal religions vs paternal religions and how maternal religions the followers expect love and compassion from the god and the paternal religions the followers feel the need to warn the compassion and love.
the only valid point in the whole book was how you have to love yourself before you can love others/be loved by others. but rupaul said it better so honestly don’t read this book it sucked
