" 'Alright sunshine, show me your world.' "
Tales of Forever and Now is a standalone novella set in the Tales of Earth and Leaves series.
I received an ARC from Noel after seeing their videos on TikTok, so I was thrown into the series blindly. However, ToFaN didn't disappoint.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading the novella, even if I was a bit confused at the beginning. It only lasted a bit before I got ahold of the characters and who they were. If you wanna read Tales of Forever and Now, I highly recommend reading the whole series before delving in.
I liked reading about the supernatural world and the world blending on Earth was well done.
Cressida was a nice MC, but I felt at points that her sexual advances and thoughts got a bit too much for me.
That being said, I loved Cressida and Rhylan together, and I just wish we got at least one chapter of Rhylan's POV.
I recommend ToFaN for any paranormal romance and fae reader!
" 'He was Henry Cavill's stunt double. Can you honestly blame me?' "
" 'I'm doing what one is supposed to do when in front of a goddess. Worshipping you.' "
Tropes // touch her, you die, forbidden love, best friends dad
Thank you to Xandra Noel for an ARC!
