funny inspiring lighthearted slow-paced

I greatly enjoyed the audiobook. I loved listening to Tara talk, it felt like I was talking to an old friend. I thought there was alot of good things to pull from this book, mostly the feeling that I wasnt alone in having a shitty childhood and dealing with the effects that can cause later in life.
My favorite part was her talking about her circle, the hype-men, the road warriors, who you keep in your life even when you know they arent supporting you. Listening to someone actually talk about how not everyone you know is on your side and its okay to stop talking to those who only strive to keep you down.
She is ALL about journaling, for everything, she included some interesting prompts to help you get started.
This book has so many wonderful quotes, but one that i adored was "If you can play nice with others, play nice with yourself."
The signoff to this book was extremely sweet, it made me sad that the book was over. But she left us with one last important reminder, "We deserve whatever we want."
