Kind of disappointed. I was expecting fun spookiness, but got not so funny to me humor. I feel like there's condescending undertone to it. Making fun of abused child was especially hard to listen. I feel like there's much more material to go deeper into objects' history, everything was very dry and factual. The author did his reasearch, but it felt more like the list of themes to research more later than book that should feed my curiosity. Maybe this is more for those that don't take paranormal seriously because if I don't take it seriously, it's not scary, just boring. And this book was boring to me. The narrator had ok voice and great pronunciation but his narration made condescending undertone much worse.
