4.5 rounded down. I genuinely loved this book, especially as Fern reads the audio version. Slightly uncomfortable at the way she describes fat people, and I think there is definitely some work she needs to do on fatphobia, probably from her own past of disordered eating (as she discussed in the book). But interesting, funny and unapologetic.
