Things are coming together! The arc plus 1923 AD really put a lot in place for me! I know 6 volumes in, I expected to know more, but I love how much the pantheon and the gods are shrouded in mysteries on top of mysteries. It makes for such an exciting story!!

I could really use an Inanna hug.

Oh, The Wicked + The Divine has just been a treasure for me to have discovered. I’m happy that I’ve found it as early as I did, because I love following this story every month.
#6 was, once again, really well written and the art is still phenomenal. I don't know if this consistency is normal in most comics, but I'm extremely happy that it is here.
The story itself felt more like a build-up to where the story will be going, but I thought there was still so much intrigue and the feels when Laura meets Inanna at the cemetery was just magnificent, and it definitely still held my interest fully.
Also Inanna looks a hell of a lot like Prince, so that's always a win in my book. Always.
I am so stoked for #7, and I can’t wait to continue this story. It's just been awesome.
If you haven't read it yet, the first volume just came out too, so I would definitely recommend picking it up and giving this a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
