I guess all of the hype ramped up my expectations, but I really disliked this book. I am not one to normally trash someone's hard work, so I will say the story was well written. Unfortunately, none of the characters had any redeeming qualities. I kept reading it because I expected a major turnaround or shocking twist, but there simply wasn't one.
