Dick: Yeah Wally, you're the flash. Don't worry about it, Wally.
Wally: Thanks Dick and Roy but you guys...like it's tough. You know Roy? You get it right Dick?
Roy: Yeah Wally. We get it.
Dick: Don't worry about it Flash! We got your back, Wally!

Anything strike out really annoying guys? Like what do you see above that just drives you f'ing nuts? Oh did you forget that Flash is Wally? Did you forget Dick's name even though it's named after a fucking male part of the body. Oh how about Roy? Okay you might have forgotten about Roy. But don't worry! TITANS will REMIND you EVERY second OF every PIECE of DIALOG.

Okay. I'm calm. I'm cool. So anyway. Is this volume better than the last? Yes. Because it has a actual villain that isn't corny or shitty. However, did they work on the art? Nah...not much. Also the writing is still really choppy. So we have a bunch of members of Titans already, right? Let's add in a few more. This mysterious company named Meta Solution is taking powers away from people. Sounds good right? NO. Because they're freaking evil. So the titans must stop them!

What I like: I actually liked the relationship of the two people NOT in the titans. I also enjoy Wally doing is Wally dash and mash attacks. Which isn't much sadly. Also...wonder girl or whatever is kind of cool and aquaman light have a few good moments. Also Wally and Superman moment was GREAT but too bad the rest didn't live up to that.

What I didn't like: The pacing is still pretty bad. Roy is annoying and useless. The Meta Solution people go down quickly. Nightwing is on this team WHY!? Also what is this team for? They're not as cool as the Justice League and not as fun as Teen Titans so they're just...there? Weird. Also the anniversary special was so bad.

Yeah. Titans is really hard to recommend. I like Wally. I like Nightwing. I don't like them together or most of this team. This is a pretty tough comic to tell anyone to read. A 2/5.
