Thinking, Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman
5.0

Awesome. Many of the individual concepts have been covered in other books, so if you like this kind of book (I do), you'll probably find yourself nodding along once or twice, but this book was a little different. Kahneman builds a better arc across all the concepts - introducing the differences between our System 1 and System 2 selves provides a great jumping-off point to explain the irrational way that humans approach a lot of decisions. Also, he explains many of our idiosyncrasies both more deeply and more broadly than I'd found in a popular psychology/behavioural economics book.
