Really enjoyed getting back into this series. There's just something so delightful about Hearne's storytelling and Daniels' narration. This novel pairs the fast paced adventure plot the series promises with greater depth to the back stories of many of its varied characters. Though weighty things occur in this series, there's something inexplicably light and purely fun about the story that I find refreshing.
