📖 My Thoughts
I picked this book after promising to myself I wouldn't pick another hockey romance. The cover of this book drew me in, but don't let it fool you, the spice does not match the cover tone. The story is sweet and the alphas are kind Golden retrievers. When they find themselves having to share the ice with a figure skater, they treat her with respect even if she's a bit miffed.
They get stuck in the rink during a snowstorm and she goes into heat. The rest is history.
I loved all of this story except for one bit that took me out of the book (see spice rating). It was a palate cleanser after reading one-too-many feel good holiday books. I will read other books by this author.

🌶️ Spice
The alphas are super respectful of the MFC. They take their cues from her. The spice is very hot and plentiful and includes nesting and knotting.
There are several DP scenes including one that was cringe worthy as one of the alphas knots in her mouth. This one bit took me out of the book and it was the topic of high discussion among my fellow readers as we couldn't work out the physics of this feat, where did the rest of the appendage go?
