Will and Nora. It's so fun. Will inherits and plans to sell his uncle's apartment building. Nora doesn't like this plan as she spent summers here with her Nonna and note lives here too. So she hatches some plans along with other tenants to try and convince Will to not sell.

It's a cute love story. I love that there isn't this huge misunderstanding between the two that tear them apart for a long time. I love all the nosy tenants of the building. This is just an adorable book and I think romance fans will like it a lot.
