The Power of Hades
by Eliza Raine, Rose Wilson
✨ The Power of Hades by Eliza Raine & Rose Wilson ✨
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5
This was the first read in my August Month of Greek Mythology Retellings challenge, and it did not disappoint.
As I have mentioned before Hades/Persephone retellings are my all time favourite so this series immediately went on my TBR when I saw it on KindleUnlimited.
This book is the first in “The Hades Trials” trilogy. It was fast-paced without skimping on detail and the characters are well-developed and thought out. The authors clearly have an extensive knowledge of Greek Mythos as there are a wealth of beings outside of the tradition Big 12 which are typically seen.
Hades and Persephone’s relationship is complicated to put it mildly but their chemistry and attraction to one another is evident in every encounter.
Whilst it has not yet gotten particularly spicy
