Saban's Go Go Power Rangers Vol. 2
by Ryan Parrott
Goddamn it, this series is so freaking FUN.
Teenagers have complicated lives. They're bored all the time, always betraying each other, trying to find themselves, and above all else are horny little creatures. This is a tale of complicated lives of our rangers, trying to find a future job, trying to date, trying to push themselves to the limit, all while being superheroes called the Power Rangers. It's fun, it's exciting, and most of all we even get a tale of a creature who invades the group of friends.
It's a series that contains all the cliches from Teen Dramas but makes them work in fun ways with lots of great character moments. Motivations make sense, art is great, and the fights are fantastic. I hope this series continues to be a nice slice of life with some Power Ranger action going forward. A 4.5 out of 5.
