The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid
4.0
medium-paced
Plot or Character Driven: Character
Flaws of characters a main focus: Yes

"Make them pay you what they would pay a white man"
Evelyn is one of the few protagonists I've seen that is unashamedly flawed. The author doesn't try to make her a hero, nor justify her acts. She feels like real human being, a relatability hard to achieve when talking about a movie star.
That being said, I was only moderately entertained by the actual story: not enough for a five-star rating.
