Excellent second book. Cassia is out looking for Ky, and he longs for her but thinks he will never see her again. The setting of this book is so different from Society, yet harsh in its own ways. This story chapter ends a little too neatly for how much pain and suffering that is all around the characters, but it carries the story forward to make me need to know how things resolve in Book 3!
