I didn't love the ways that the characters acted sometimes. I felt like some of their actions were very shallow and had no reasonable explanation behind them. The overall story was cute and in general the two main characters were likeable. 
Also it has taken me about 5 years to finish this book, so I'm glad I finally got through it (picked it up at my school's bookfair before 2020)
