Kiss My Cupcake
by Helena Hunting
Blaire is opening a cupcake and cocktail cafe and is excited that she can start her own business for her own self instead of using her parents help. Her parents are in the restaurant business and is loaded with money and wanted Blaire to be a pastry chef for them, but she wanted to run a business on her own. One day she gets unicorn martini glasses and puts it on a shelf and then all of sudden a loud bang happens next door and makes the martini glass fall and shatter. Blaire takes it over to the bar next door and shows the hot owner what he did. He is doing restoration to the bar and from there Blaire and Ronan becomes enemies. They are entered in a contest and compete together. However, once a big chain arcade and bar come to the neighborhood, Blaire and Ronan must pair up and get business. Will sparks fly?
I hated the first fifty pages and thought the writing wasn’t that good. I almost dnfed this book, but am so happy I kept with it. It is super cute and such a fun read. I loved all the banter between Blaire and Ronan. The competition and all the co-hosted events were fun. I definitely recommend this book.
