From my 10/2020 reread. I have lost count of how many times I've reread this series. one of the best things about the overall trilogy though is that it doesn't have the second book problems that a lot of other series do. This second book propels the plot forward ins some really interesting and important ways. When I read it the first time the ending had me shook and I had to wait a few days before starting the third. I love this series and always find new things in it every time I get to read it again.
