A classic childhood story that I think adults might appreciate even more than kids do. I’m glad to have read this for the first time in my twenties. Though it lacks the more pointed commentary on race & society that’s featured in Huck Finn, it’s still a great satirical read, and laugh-out-loud funny in many places.
